Delivery & Returns
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
All products are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class unless express delivery chosen.
Subject to payment and stock availability, orders will be dispatched within 36 hours from our confirmation that your order has been accepted or at such other timescale as we indicate on the Website. Orders placed on a Friday after midday will be dispatched on the following Monday. While we try to deliver the products within the timeframes indicated on the Website and these terms and conditions, timescales or dates indicated for delivery of products are for guidance only and time for delivery will not be of the essence in this Agreement. If no timescales or dates are so indicated, delivery will be made by us within a reasonable time.
UK delivery – will be sent using Royal mail 2nd class and won’t require signature.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
We pride ourselves on our customer service and hope that you are happy with your purchase. However should you wish to return your order you can do so within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund (excluding original postage). If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you send your parcel back and ask that you phone or email us shop@lobsterandmor.co.uk before posting so that we can expect it. We will refund to the payment card the price paid for the goods returned to us on receipt of the returned items. Any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancelation.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered;
- we do not deliver to your area; or
- one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers or otherwise appearing on the Website.
- your Login is, or we have reason to believe that it is, being or has been used dishonestly, unlawfully or in an otherwise inappropriate manner or in breach of these terms of conditions.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to the card or Paypal account with which you paid for your products any sum deducted by us from that card or account as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of cancellation. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
